You and your guests can arrive up to 20 minutes before your session. The waiting room is a comfortable, relaxed place for you or any guests to wait as they prepare or switch in and out.

It is a calm room with exposed red brick, soft armchairs and a tall window looking out onto the lawn, with a rack to hang the outfits you bring. When several people are recording back to back, the next guest can settle in here while another records.

There is also an outdoor courtyard for meeting your guests and waiting before you start.

On-camera prep

A vanity mirror and changing room mean nobody has to go on camera straight off the street. Use them for hair, makeup and outfit changes before you record, or to change your look between topics when you record several pieces in one session. Bring your own outfits, and your own stylist or makeup artist if you need one.

Frequently asked questions

How many people can be on camera in the podcast studio?

The set fits 4 to 5 guests on a couch and two armchairs, arranged to suit your group. That works for one-on-one interviews, co-hosted shows and small panels. For bigger shoots, see our large productions page, and tell us your numbers when you enquire so we can set up the room.

What cameras and equipment does the studio use?

The studio uses three Sony ZV-E10 Mark II cameras, switched live into one full-length video, with studio lighting and microphones for every guest. You also get the raw camera and audio files, so your own editor can work from every angle if you want a custom edit later.

Can I change the look of the set?

Yes. You can choose black or white curtains, and the LED colour washes can be set to match your brand. See the customise page for set options, and tell us the look you want when you enquire so the studio is ready when you arrive.

Can I arrive early for my podcast session?

Yes. You and your guests can arrive up to 20 minutes before your session. Our waiting room is a comfortable, relaxed place for you or any guests to wait as they prepare or switch in and out, and there's an outdoor courtyard for meeting guests as they arrive.

Can we do hair, makeup and outfit changes?

Yes. The studio has a vanity mirror and a changing room, so talent, brand spokespeople and agency clients can do hair, makeup and outfit changes before they go on camera. Bring your own stylist or makeup artist if you need one, and tell us when you enquire so we can plan the timing.
